The district of the Vilnius railway station has always been famous for its subtle living space. Actually the usual blue-collar worker passes his/her life in the houses sticking up near the bus station. The proposed block of flats will be too costly for them. It is being created as an element of a complex, urbanistic structure. The new dweller will be a member of an identical community structure.
